At Amastelo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and contents received with the order
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
